Delivery

Standard audit deliverables are digital reports sent by email. Typical turnaround is 3 to 5 business days after payment and receipt of the information needed to complete the review. Larger consulting scopes use the timeline agreed in writing.

Services are delivered digitally. There are no physical products, shipping fees, or return-shipping processes for standard audit and consulting services.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund policy

If work has not started, customers may request a refund by emailing info@mtaultrait.com. After an audit report or consulting deliverable has been delivered, fees are generally non-refundable, but we will correct material errors reported within 7 days.

Cancellation policy

Customers may cancel before work begins by emailing info@mtaultrait.com. Ongoing consulting work can be stopped according to the written scope or agreement for that engagement.

Privacy

MTA Ultra IT LLC collects only the information needed to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, deliver services, and maintain business records. This may include name, business name, email address, website, public business profiles, and service goals.

We do not sell customer personal information. Payment information is processed by Stripe and is not stored on this website.

Payments and commercial boundaries

Payment security

When online card payments are available, payment details are handled through Stripe over secure HTTPS. MTA Ultra IT LLC does not store full card numbers on this website.

Pricing and currency

All prices are listed in USD. Work begins after the requested service, scope, and price are confirmed in writing.

MTA Ultra IT LLC provides consulting and digital services. We do not guarantee search rankings, inbox placement, revenue, or platform approval outcomes.
