If work has not started, customers may request a refund by emailing info@mtaultrait.com. After an audit report or consulting deliverable has been delivered, fees are generally non-refundable, but we will correct material errors reported within 7 days.
Customers may cancel before work begins by emailing info@mtaultrait.com. Ongoing consulting work can be stopped according to the written scope or agreement for that engagement.
Services are delivered digitally. There are no physical products, shipping fees, or return shipping processes for standard audit and consulting services.

We do not sell customer personal information. Payment information is processed by Stripe and is not stored on this website.
