Customer service, delivery, and policies
MTA ULTRA IT LLC sells digital consulting services and audit reports for small businesses. All prices are listed in USD. Work begins after the requested service, scope, and price are confirmed.
Delivery policy
Standard audit deliverables are digital reports sent by email. Typical turnaround is 3 to 5 business days after payment and receipt of the information needed to complete the review. Larger consulting scopes use the timeline agreed in writing.
Refund policy
If work has not started, customers may request a refund by emailing info@mtaultrait.com. After an audit report or consulting deliverable has been delivered, fees are generally non-refundable, but we will correct material errors reported within 7 days.
Cancellation policy
Customers may cancel before work begins by emailing info@mtaultrait.com. Ongoing consulting work can be stopped according to the written scope or agreement for that engagement.
No physical shipping
Services are delivered digitally. There are no physical products, shipping fees, or return shipping processes for standard audit and consulting services.

MTA ULTRA IT LLC collects only the information needed to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, deliver services, and maintain business records. This may include name, business name, email address, website, public business profiles, and service goals.
We do not sell customer personal information. Payment information is processed by Stripe and is not stored on this website.
